Delivery Areas

We currently deliver orders across Pakistan.

Delivery Charges

A flat delivery charge of PKR 250 applies to every order.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver orders within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Delivery may take slightly longer during public holidays, sales, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. Please pay the full order amount, including delivery charges, to the courier when receiving your parcel.

Order Confirmation

Please provide your correct name, phone number, and complete delivery address. ZEVLYA may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Delayed or Unsuccessful Delivery

If the courier cannot contact you or the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, the parcel may be returned to us. Please keep your phone available after placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact ZEVLYA promptly and provide your order details, clear photos, and an unboxing video so we can review the issue.
